Funnel audit · full walk
DoctorFit Coaching · Call Booking Funnel
Every step was walked live on desktop and at 375px phone width. The calendar and booking form were opened but never submitted. Conversion rates are from the 11 Oct ads report.
The diagnosis
The page looks good and works on mobile, but the funnel hides its three strongest weapons until after the doctor has already booked: the proof, the guarantee and the named mechanism. Worse, the booking form never offers "lose weight" as a goal, so the one thing every ad and headline promises is missing at the moment of commitment.

One promise, followed through every step
| Step | Promise | Method named | Who it's for |
| /start headline | Lose weight, restore energy, take back control | "Four-Phase DoctorFit System" | Physicians |
| /start hero image | "Exhausted and overweight to the sharpest version of you" | "The Physician Transformation System" (Reset, Fuel, Build, Perform) | Physicians |
| Page SEO text | Lose weight, restore energy | "DoctorFit Method" | Busy physicians |
| Popup | Why physicians struggle with weight and energy | None | "Physician or healthcare professional" |
| /bookcall | "#1 reason physicians can't lose weight" | "Four-Phase DoctorFit System" | Physicians |
| Booking form goal | Energy, get off meds, build muscle. No weight loss option. | None | Also dentist, vet, pharmacist, nurse |
| /thankyou | Restore health and energy | "Adaptive Metabolic Recovery Protocol™" + "occupational metabolic dysfunction", first seen here | Physicians and healthcare pros |
| Testimonial | Weight loss | "Simple 7" | OB-GYN |
Count: 5 different names for the method and 2 audiences (physicians vs all healthcare). The rule is one of each.
The 7 lenses
KILL2 · Credibility
/start and /bookcall have zero testimonials, zero results and zero before and afters. All 24 testimonials, including Dr Chris Statile's 100 lbs in 1 year, sit on /thankyou, which only people who already booked ever see. This was flagged on 2 Oct and has not moved. The only proof before the ask is a "Trusted by 100+" badge and the founders' bios.
KILL3 · Urgency
The offer has two real, ethical urgency levers in the master doc: 10 coaching places a month, and "we coach you free until you hit your goal weight". Neither appears on /start or /bookcall. The only scarcity line in the whole funnel is We only hold a limited number of these calls each week
, on the thank-you page, after the booking.
KILL6 · Funnel stage
The booking form asks What's your biggest goal right now?
and the options are energy, getting off medication, building muscle or all of the above. A doctor who clicked a weight-loss ad finds no answer that fits. Earlier reports already showed the ads pulling muscle-gain seekers, and this form invites them in. The form also auto-confirms everyone, including "None of the above", "Just researching for now" and "No, not at this time".
WATCH1 · Clarity
What you get is clear: a free training, then a consult. But the time promise is wrong. /start says Takes less than 15 minutes
four times and /bookcall says 15-minute video
twice. The video runs 19:58. A physician who notices this at minute 16 stops trusting the rest. Also flagged on 2 Oct.
WATCH4 · Headline
For the Physicians Who's Spent Years Helping Everyone Except Themselves…
has a grammar error ("Who's" should be "Who Have") in front of a highly educated audience, and it carries no outcome. The outcome lives in the subheadline. The page then switches to the singular "Himself" lower down.
WATCH5 · Market sophistication
Physicians are solution aware. They have tried keto, GLP-1s and trainers, and the page admits it. That level needs a named, new mechanism up front. DoctorFit owns one, "occupational metabolic dysfunction", but /start only says The Four-Phase DoctorFit System
, which sounds like any other program. The real mechanism first appears after booking.
WATCH7 · Offer clarity
Hiding the price is right for a call funnel. But nothing before the call says what the program is: 12 months, 1-on-1, bloodwork and hormone work, doctors-only community, the guarantee. The hero mockup also shows a "Physician Success Workbook" that is never offered anywhere.
Ranked fix list
01Put weight loss back in the booking form
HIGHEST IMPACT
- Broken
- The goal question has no weight-loss answer, so the core promise vanishes at the commitment step and muscle-gain leads get a perfect fit.
- Fix
- Make the first option "Lose weight and keep it off". Keep "Restore my energy and performance" and "Get off medication I'd rather not be on". Remove "Build muscle and strength".
- Impact
- Better lead quality on the calls and cleaner ICP signal back to Meta. Five-minute change.
02Move the proof in front of the ask
HIGHEST IMPACT
- Broken
- Every testimonial is on /thankyou, after the booking.
- Fix
- On /start, add a strip of 3 physician result cards right under the first button: Dr Chris Statile (Pediatric Cardiologist), Dr Michael Kruse (Emergency Medicine), Dr Matt Messoline (Family Medicine). On /bookcall, put 3 more between the video and the calendar, led by Statile's video. Use the same card design already built on /thankyou, so this is copy and paste in GHL.
- Impact
- Usually the single biggest lift on a cold opt-in page. Expect a real move on the 8.9% opt-in and 20% booking rates.
03Use the guarantee and the 10 places
HIGH IMPACT
- Broken
- The two real reasons to act now are missing before the booking.
- Fix
- Add this block directly above the calendar on /bookcall, and a shorter version under the last button on /start:
We take on 10 new physicians a month. And if you don't hit your goal weight, we keep coaching you for free until you do. No questions asked.
- Impact
- Removes the main risk objection at the exact moment of choosing a slot.
04Make the booking signal honest
HIGH IMPACT
- Broken
- The Schedule event fires when /thankyou loads, so any direct or repeat visit counts as a booking. The opt-in fires SubmitApplication, and no Lead event exists anywhere.
- Fix
- Fire Schedule only from the calendar submit (or gate the thank-you pixel on a booking parameter) and send it with an event ID for dedupe against the server event. Confirm every live campaign optimises for Schedule or SubmitApplication, not Lead.
- Impact
- Meta stops learning from fake bookings and cost per booked call becomes a number you can trust.
05One method, one name, from ad to call
HIGH IMPACT
- Broken
- Five names for the method across the funnel, and the strongest idea is held until after booking.
- Fix
- Name the problem "occupational metabolic dysfunction" and the solution "the Adaptive Metabolic Recovery Protocol™" on /start, the popup and /bookcall. Retire "Physician Transformation System", "DoctorFit Method" and "Simple 7". Update the hero mockup so its 4 phases match the protocol's 4 phases.
- Impact
- Gives a solution-aware doctor a reason to believe this is different from what already failed.
06Tell the truth about video length
MEDIUM IMPACT
- Broken
- "Less than 15 minutes" and "15-minute video" for a 19:58 video.
- Fix
- Change all six mentions to "20-minute training". Also fix the page's SEO description, which says the same.
- Impact
- Trust. Small on its own, but it is the kind of detail physicians catch.
07Shorten and fix the opt-in popup
MEDIUM IMPACT
- Broken
- Four required fields, one of them a free-text box, and the fields render in a Times New Roman fallback font that looks off-brand.
- Fix
- Keep first name and email only. Move the physician question to the booking form, where it already exists as a proper multiple choice. Set the form font to the page font.
- Impact
- Fewer fields on a cold popup usually lifts opt-in. Last name and profession are captured at booking anyway.
08Stop booking people who said no
MEDIUM IMPACT
- Broken
- The calendar auto-confirms every answer, including "None of the above", "Just researching" and "No, not at this time".
- Fix
- Add a GHL workflow: those answers get tagged, the appointment is moved to a short setter call or cancelled with a kind email, and they go into the nurture sequence.
- Impact
- Protects Dr Hamouda's hour (slots are 60 minutes) and the weekday slots, which are thin: 4 Wed, 7 Thu, 3 Fri this week.
09Pick one audience
MEDIUM IMPACT
- Broken
- Ads and headline say physicians. The popup, form and testimonials also invite dentists, vets, pharmacists and nurses.
- Fix
- Decide with the client. If physicians only, change "Physicians & Healthcare Professionals" to "Physicians" on the badge and stats, and lead testimonials with MDs and DOs.
- Impact
- Sharper message match for the ad audience you are paying for.
10Clean up the thank-you page
MEDIUM IMPACT
- Broken
- "Watch the Videos Below" shows one video. Some testimonial labels do not match their quotes: Dr Lawrence Cresswell is labelled 35.4 lbs but says 31 lbs, and Dr Lee Hammerquist is labelled Veterinarian at 23.7 lbs where the master doc has him at 25+ lbs.
- Fix
- Change to "Watch This Video". Check every name, title and number against the client's source files before they move to /start (fix 02).
- Impact
- Avoids putting a wrong claim on the front page of a health funnel.

What is working
- Mobile layout is clean at 375px: no sideways scroll, first button visible without scrolling, form inputs at 16px so iPhones do not zoom.
- The calendar sits right under the video, so nobody has to hunt for the next step. It loads real slots for the next 7 days.
- The booking questions on schedule, past attempts, readiness and decision-maker are well built for qualifying.
- The thank-you page prep steps (bring labs, list of meds, treat it like a patient appointment) are strong show-up drivers.
